If you use a contact, demo, or pilot form, we collect the details you submit so we can respond. This can include your name, email address, salon or business name, phone number if provided, booking system, challenge selection, and message content.

We use this information to reply to your request, arrange demos, assess pilot interest, improve our website forms, and keep a record of the conversation.

TextSavy may use Google Analytics 4 on public marketing pages only after you allow Statistics cookies. Statistics cookies are off by default.

When Statistics is enabled, we track basic page views and limited website events such as pricing views, pilot views, demo clicks, contact clicks, email clicks, pricing toggle changes, and form starts or successful submissions.

We do not send form field values, names, phone numbers, email addresses, salon names, message bodies, SMS content, or exact calculator input values to Google Analytics.

We use local storage to remember your cookie category choices. If you allow Statistics, Google Analytics may set analytics cookies for measurement. If you deny Statistics, the Google Analytics script is not loaded by TextSavy and analytics cookies are not intentionally set by us.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, receive form submissions, host services, or measure website performance when you have consented to analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect TextSavy, our users, or the public.
