- What is a text credit?
- A text credit is one standard text to one client. Your plan includes 300 every month. A standard text is around 160 characters, and a longer message can use more than one credit.
- What if I need more text credits?
- You can top up your text credits in the app whenever you want, so a busy month is never a problem. TextSavy always shows the credit count before you approve a send.
- Can I pay monthly or yearly?
- Both. The plan is €99 a month or €999 a year. Paying for the year costs less than twelve monthly payments and saves you €189 over the year.
- Does the base plan come with Nova?
- Nova is an optional add-on, not part of the base plan. You can add Nova for €22 a month or €220 a year whenever you are ready. Paying yearly for both together is €1,100 a year.
- Does Nova send texts on its own?
- No. Nova drafts campaigns and lines up who they should reach, but nothing goes out until you review it and approve. Nova is not an AI receptionist and it does not chat with your clients.
- Will it work with my booking system?
- Yes. TextSavy works alongside the booking system you already use, like Phorest or Square, or you can upload an export to get started. It does not replace your booking system.
- Can I try it first?

- Do you take a cut of my revenue?
