• Statistics: optional cookies used to understand how visitors use the website. Google Analytics 4 sits under this category.
• Marketing: optional cookies used to measure or support marketing activity. TextSavy does not currently load marketing pixels or marketing cookies.

TextSavy does not load Google Analytics 4 or intentionally set Google Analytics cookies before you allow Statistics cookies.

If you allow Statistics cookies, Google Analytics 4 may set measurement cookies such as _ga and related analytics cookies. Google controls the exact cookie names, behavior, and retention periods for its analytics services.

Statistics measurement is limited to public marketing pages. We measure page views and a small set of high-intent events such as pricing views, pilot views, demo clicks, contact clicks, email clicks, pricing toggle changes, and form starts or successful submissions.

Statistics events do not include names, phone numbers, email addresses, salon names, form field values, message text, SMS content, or exact calculator input values.

We store your cookie category choices in browser local storage under a versioned key. The current key is textsavy.cookieConsent.v1.

Necessary is always active. Preferences, Statistics, and Marketing are stored as allowed or denied based on your selection.

If you deny optional cookies, that choice is stored so the banner does not keep asking. Clearing browser storage can reset your choice.

TextSavy does not currently load advertising pixels, remarketing tags, social media tracking pixels, or ad personalization scripts.

Allowing Marketing only stores that preference for future use unless future marketing tools are added and documented.
