What does TextSavy cost?
The base plan is €99 a month or €999 a year. It includes 300 text credits every month. Nova is optional at €22 a month or €220 a year. Base plus Nova on annual billing is €1,100 a year.
Does the base plan include Nova?
No. Nova is an optional add-on. The base plan gives you the core TextSavy tools, text credits, booking-data targeting, and owner approval controls.
What is a text credit?
A text credit is one standard text to one client. Longer messages can use more than one credit, and TextSavy shows the credit count before you approve a send.
Will anything send automatically?
No. TextSavy and Nova can prepare campaigns, but you approve the audience and message before anything goes out.
What data do I need to get started?
You can use a supported booking connection or a booking export. Appointment history, client contact details, and service information help TextSavy find useful gaps.
How fast can a salon start?
That depends on your booking data and setup route. Some salons can move quickly with an export, while connected setups may need more preparation.
Can clients opt out?
